Cleaning Services
Cleaning is the service most often judged on trust rather than technique. You are giving someone access to your home, frequently while you are not in it. How a cleaner is selected matters as much as how well they clean.
What we handle
If what you need is not on this list, ask anyway. The list is what comes up most often, not the limit of what we arrange.
- Regular domestic cleaning
- Deep cleans
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Oven and appliance cleaning
- Pre-arrival and changeover cleans
- After-builders cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
How we handle cleaning
- 01
You know who is coming before they arrive. For regular cleaning we keep the same person where we can, because continuity is most of the value.
- 02
End of tenancy cleans are carried out to a checklist you receive a copy of — useful evidence if a deposit is ever disputed.
- 03
For holiday and rental properties we can hold keys and coordinate access between guests without you being involved.
How it works
Four steps, and three of them are ours.
- 01
You get in touch
One message, one call, one list. Tell us what needs attention — however roughly you can describe it.
- 02
We arrange the right professional
We work out what the job actually needs and select someone suited to it, rather than whoever is free.
- 03
We manage the job
Access, timings, materials, updates and any changes to scope. You are told what is happening without having to ask.
- 04
You enjoy the results
We check the work is finished properly before we consider it closed, and keep a record of what was done.

Describe the job in your own words — a photograph helps if you have one. We will tell you what it needs and what it will cost.
