Flooring
Flooring goes wrong at the edges. Thresholds, door bars, an uneven subfloor, a skirting line that was never straight to begin with. Measuring and preparation are where a floor is won or lost, long before the first plank goes down.
What we handle
If what you need is not on this list, ask anyway. The list is what comes up most often, not the limit of what we arrange.
- Laminate flooring supply and fitting
- Vinyl and LVT flooring
- Carpet fitting
- Underlay and subfloor preparation
- Threshold bars and trims
- Skirting and beading
- Uplift and disposal of old flooring
- Repairs to existing floors
How we handle flooring
- 01
We measure before quoting. A quote based on room dimensions you have paced out is a quote that changes later.
- 02
The subfloor is assessed first. If levelling or a moisture barrier is needed, you hear about it before the work starts, not halfway through.
- 03
Furniture moving, uplift of the old floor and disposal are priced in the quote so there are no additions on the day.
How it works
Four steps, and three of them are ours.
- 01
You get in touch
One message, one call, one list. Tell us what needs attention — however roughly you can describe it.
- 02
We arrange the right professional
We work out what the job actually needs and select someone suited to it, rather than whoever is free.
- 03
We manage the job
Access, timings, materials, updates and any changes to scope. You are told what is happening without having to ask.
- 04
You enjoy the results
We check the work is finished properly before we consider it closed, and keep a record of what was done.
